- Eamon Ryan - Cork Ladies Football Manager As we started out on our preparation for this years All-Ireland championship, we headed to the K2NY Assault Course in Glanworth Co. Cork. The girls had an absolutely brilliant physical workout on the course and it also acted as a team bonding exercise. We then had a motivational talk with Tom Carey, who focussed us on setting our targets and how to achieve them.
